We have gone to the Boulders many times over the years and this was the first time I was somewhat disappointed. Our server was very nice but clearly was swamped as it took along time to get our drinks and bread. I ordered the fish and it had changed from grouper to tilapia. That is always what I had ordered in the past. The salads were great. I had the wedge and it was crisp and the tomatoes were delicious. My partner ordered the paella and was far far too peppery. Upscale restaurant, the food was very good. The wait staff were friendly and attentive.
Excellent food, service, and atmosphere
The food here is spot on. Everything we ordered was delicious! Pork chop, prawns, ahi tuna and the baked French onion soup are all amazing. Service is great as well.
