I absolutely love going to this salon! I always have a great experience, my appointment starts on time and I never leave disappointed! I have been in Dallas for 15 years and I finally found my stylist!
While not a customer, I worked to provide connectivity for the business. The owner gave fake/false details to get services setup and work performed; during work onsite, the shop felt "dirty" to the extent we did some of our own cleaning. Owner doesn't show up to open the shop based on published business hours (observed potential customers turned away as a result) nor does owner arrive to scheduled appointments as agreed (left us waiting 3 hours for her to arrive).
