First of all, the lady was nice but then during the year I had to rely on my tax record and much of the information was missing and I couldn't reach this person. Further, after at least a dozen calls, texts and emails, I looked for someone else only to learn that the original preparer never applied the stepped-up value for depreciation costing me many thousands of unnecessary dollars.
