Wonderful Experience – I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday with a romantic dinner followed by a night out. He has a favorite dish here that we used to get when we lived in the area, but it had been removed about a year ago. I called up Bottle Inn and not only did they specially make the dish for his birthday but they helped me preplan the entire menu. dont go – I dont normally say things like this, but I felt highly discriminated b/c I didnt "look" like everyone else. the owner was outside greeting people and didnt even once look in our direction. He spent a lot of time with a "VIP" at the table next to us... anddidnt even look in our direction. No one asked if the food was good.. no one asked if we needed anything else.. and then when the food came.. ( which we hoped was the redeeming factor) it was just okay. Not Great, Ask how much if offered a "special" or recommended bottle of wine. – I had heard that this place was fantastic from lots of friends. My first experience was not great. The waiter recommended a bottle of wine that turned out to cost $85. We didn't ask how much it would be. I thought that was a pretty rotton trick to get the check price up. Great service and food! – This place was great. It really is a romantic atmosphere, but I didn't feel too weird going to eat with my co-worker. There were people just going for the good food and atmosphere. The waiter was very friendly and had good recommendations. They have a great wine list and good bread. A great little place right on the beach! – This place is cozy and wonderful. We loved the food and service so much, we had our wedding rehearsal dinner here (20 ppl.) Great wine. I love this place. Entrees run about $16-20.
Best Italian in South Bay – This place has the best wine list and incredible, 'authentic' italian food.
