Exceptional work from Katherine today. What a joy to be around this gal, and ended up with fabulous results. This salon uses the best products, and apparently hires the best of the best :)
JORDAN is AMAZING! Her new modern salon is amazing, too! My hair looks so gorgeous! Everyone is so friendly and even the new shampoo bowls did not hurt my neck for the first time in 25 years! ADINA is also SUPER with color and loves doing extensions, too. My hair looked so beautiful when she was done! Luv, luv, luv this salon! :)
Placed a request for approval over 24hrs before the time I wanted, showed up 15 min early bc it hadn’t been approved still and figured maybe she forgot and as soon as I pull in I get a text saying it’s cancelled. Extremely terrible for your business. My appointment was late afternoon, you should make sure to give potential clients ample notice so they can at least find somewhere else to go. I needed my hair done urgently for an event and now I have to call off of work bc of your stylists bad attention to her schedule.
Jordan is incredible. I’ve had several bad hair experiences over the years, so finding someone I can actually trust with my hair means a lot. She truly is a blonding specialist and absolutely knows what she’s doing. She underpromised and completely overdelivered. My hair turned out even better than I expected and exactly what I wanted which says so much because nobody could ever get me there.
