Placed a request for approval over 24hrs before the time I wanted, showed up 15 min early bc it hadn’t been approved still and figured maybe she forgot and as soon as I pull in I get a text saying it’s cancelled. Extremely terrible for your business. My appointment was late afternoon, you should make sure to give potential clients ample notice so they can at least find somewhere else to go. I needed my hair done urgently for an event and now I have to call off of work bc of your stylists bad attention to her schedule.

Jordan is incredible. I’ve had several bad hair experiences over the years, so finding someone I can actually trust with my hair means a lot. She truly is a blonding specialist and absolutely knows what she’s doing. She underpromised and completely overdelivered. My hair turned out even better than I expected and exactly what I wanted which says so much because nobody could ever get me there. This was my first experience at Bottle Blonde Salon, and from the moment we walked in, everything about it felt welcoming. The aesthetic and ambiance are amazing—it’s easily one of the cutest salons I’ve ever been in—but what truly matters is the talent and care of the stylists.
