Professional and approachable staff! Everyone I spoke to was patient and so helpful and informative. I hired them through another company and paid around $700. They had a refund policy for a bad outcome, and the Botnick Law Firm team asked me to waive it or they would refuse to work with me. That made me feel as though they were unconfident in their abilities, and added to my anxiety. However, they pulled through and got me a fantastic outcome! Absolutely would recommend this firm. Everyone there is nice and has your best interest in mind. Good communication and very responsive and knowledgeable with any questions you may have. I had a pretty hefty speeding ticket, they helped me reduce it to a non moving violation with 0 points!
