I attended a two-day workshop. She carefully explained to me how to make it. And you can create incredibly beautiful flowers.
Absolutely stunning work! I bought sweetpeas for my mum's 70th birthday cake...the flowers are completely gorgeous, and the customer service was fantastic. Couldn't recommend more.
I attended the Late Spring Pastels Class - Clare teaches you at every stage of the process in great detail. Her professional knowledge is invaluable which she openly shares. She has a love of gardening, which shines through with the beautiful sugar flowers that she creates in great detail. This course is suitable for all levels and would highly recommend.
