Imagine you pay $3000 for rent and you're either working, taking care of a sick loved one, and then an extremely loud fire alarm installed within every single unit gets triggered at 3 am, when it's 20°F outside. As a long time resident of The Botanic, I would seriously consider looking elsewhere if you're considering leasing here. The fire alarms that go off almost on a daily basis is a huge deterrent to live here.
