My shelf in my closet fell off entirely, I put in a maintenance request and someone came really quick. Hector Lopez is such a nice guy! He came and got it fixed and also put extra support to make sure it doesn’t fall off again! Love the work and efficiency!
Jayla has been great and a professional ever since the concierge team left. She has been very helpful and supportive for this building and its tenants!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I was fooled into moving in here, lied to about a game room, bbq grills being installed on the rooftop, security, cleaning staff, luxury building lifestyle etc. Eames sold me a dream. No game room, they put a ping pong table on the rooftop-made no sense its so windy the ping pong ball blew away they took it down. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. THEY ARE LITERALLY ASKING THOSE TOURING THE PROPERTY TO GIVE POSITIVE REVIEWS TO FOOL NEW TENANTS. READ THE REVIEWS OF THOSE LIVING HERE LIKE MINE BELOW. Update September 2025. - they have fired all the concierge, an amenity promised to all residents when I signed the lease and the packages are all over the place, and now they are lost or stolen at an alarming rate. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE GOOD REVIEWS. If you’re even considering to live at this apartment complex, DON’T. Unfortunately we signed a lease to stay here another year and I’m having issues accessing the building. I have emailed management everyday for the past 3 days and have gotten no response. I have been locked out of my apartment and the building multiple times. I have had to wait outside for someone to let me in to the building.
