I’ve had a wonderful experience at Botanic Garden Apartments. Jayla, the manager, has been absolutely amazing to work with. She is professional, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and makes the leasing process simple and stress-free, I highly recommend Jayla. She’s the person you want to help you with any apartment needs.
Been living here for four months now. On the positive side, the building manager is nice and he does try to accommodate the guests to the best of his ability. And the doormen are nice and they do help when they can, sometimes above and beyond their ability. However, that does not change the overall verdict. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews which seem to be fabricated and also lack substance - most of them are praising the maintenance team for a normal job that anyone would do in a luxury building. It's a great place. Modern and luxurious apartments with a beautiful large terrace. Ideal for spending time with the family. I loved this place.
We had a tour with Jayla, very calming, approachable & nice. She answered any questions we had didn't make us feel like a bother, didn't take forever to answer our questions. She sold us on the tour & now we're 3 weeks in. The apartment itself is very nice, minor complaints. The building is very nice, no loud noises or smells, on my floor at least. My experience so far has been excellent. Jayla, my leasing manager, was amazing to work with. She’s very kind, relatable, and professional. Her communication was great she kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure any of my questions or concerns were addressed right away.
