The technician came to my house and said the motor wasn’t working and he needed to order a part. I went 5 days with no AC. He said the part arrived earlier than expected and he would be here Monday to repair my AC. After he didn’t show up or call, I contacted Hill Country AC, he arrived at my house in 20 minutes and found that the previous tech unhooked all the wires on the motor. Richard is the absolute best. He came out on a Saturday so respectful so just amazing!!! He explained everything to me where I can understand it. He cleaned up after himself. Best experience I’ve ever had when getting my AC fixed.
