I used to like Bosworth but recently had a bad experience with them. We had a recurring issue with a condensate drain plugging up on a unit. Several techs came out and we were still having the issue. They then recommended we replace a perfectly good unit only because it was “old” to fix our condensate drain issue. Also, I’m not an expert but the unit they tried to sell us seemed too big for the house also… Anyhow, we ended up fixing the issue on our own by pouring water down the pea trap to “prime” it and our issue was solve... read more
