Usually a good service here but there's no one answering the phone, it rings and rings then goes to voicemail which they don't reply to, 4 days now without an answer.
Had phone appointment, nobody called us, contacted office they said specialist is running late, 24h later nobody called us, tried to contact office no answer.
Clean,staff are very friendly, patients are well looked after, rooms are a good size
Vwry Polite and felt welcome medical care was fast aswell had my CPAP a week after wearing monitor
Have always had a good experience using the sleep clinic. The receptionists are often curt/short but otherwise it generally is a pleasant experience. Parking is a nightmare and you get charged a small fortune, but I always get seen fairly promptly and the process is smooth compared to other departments. Generally fast and efficient with an extraordinary element of quality involved.
