The older saleswoman, Karen was incredibly condescending. She 100% lives up to the “Karen” stereotype. She kept making rude remarks & talking down to me just to make me feel stupid throughout the whole interaction. She also pushed me toward lab diamonds due to affordability when I said I didn’t want them because she assumed I couldn’t afford natural diamonds (which is not true). Store very small and limited selection
**Disappointing Second Experience** Our first visit to this jewelry store was an extraordinarily positive experience. Both my fiancé and I were able to purchase our wedding rings with Lisa, who was helpful and professional. We were told to try the rings within 30 days and that if we experienced any issues, we could return to have the matter addressed. We understood and accepted the store’s no-return policy. My wife and I visited the Jewelry Exchange showroom today in Sudbury MA. We were looking for a nice piece of jewelry for my wife as we celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. She definitely deserves it after putting up with me for 25 years. We were not sure what type of jewelry we were looking for but our diamond consultant Jamie helped us tremendously along the way as we stepped through the different pieces and styles.
