It is truly a cat-friendly experience from start to finish. The difference it made in Noche's (and our) comfort was very noticeable, we haven't stopped talking about it at home. The staff were all amazing (we saw Dr. Donovan, a Vet Tech named Alisha and a radiologist tech whose name we didn't catch). Everyone was friendly to us and explained things in a simple way. Dr. Hazzard and her team are absolutely incredible with my cat, Baku. They always take the time to ask detailed questions about how he’s doing, and they’re wonderfully sweet, calm, and nurturing during his exams and lab work. I knew we were in good hands when Dr. Hazzard shared a story about her own cat—with a tear in her eye. That mix of expert care and genuine love for animals is rare and so meaningful.
