Unique The Borough has a small menu, but it has a good variety. They do offer a couple of vegetarian choices.
Too much smoke The Borough has a casual yet sophisticated atmosphere, and the clientele is a cross-section of eclectic Raleigh's hippest and funkiest . The small menu is surprisingly varied with several delicious vegetarian entrees.I'd like to patronize the Borough more; however, each time I have been there the place has been FULL of cigarette smoke. pretty cool The food is good, the prices are higher than i think they should be, but they are still reasonable. It is in a pretty cool location downtown, and you can sit outside and watch the business that is downtown raleigh. I suggest trying it!

Hate it closed down....really enjoyed the atmosphere
Food has always been first rate, their local beer selection is solid, and the staff is involved and committed to bettering the community. It's everything a great neighborhood spot should be.
