The staff at this practice are so welcoming! The doctors are thorough, patient, and genuinely listen, making sure all concerns are addressed without feeling rushed. The reception staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient—booking appointments has always been smooth, whether online or by phone. The practice is clean, well-organised, and runs on time more often than not. Highly recommended :)
It’s madness.
Worst surgery around this area staff is very rude on the phone. Most of the time you get telephone appointments on the phone and then the gp will see if its urgent or not. So you have to take a day off from work if you want to book appointment with them.
