The class was so nice easy to follow and a great workout the people were so nice and helpful the trainer was helpful and sweet and encouraging I was so nervous when I started but became so comfortable it was a great experience definitely going back I did the basic training
Gracen did an incredible job! She did a great job explaining the movements & it was a great way to wake my body up in the morning.

The instructors are energetic, supportive, and know how to bring out your confidence. The vibe is unmatched! and uplifting, sexy, and inclusive.
