I joined 2 months ago and I wish I found this place sooner. It is rare to find a gym where you feel both welcomed and challenged. Everyone is kind and people are friendly. Perfect spot if you want motivation without intimidation. Clean and organized! Much better than big-box gyms. Shout out to Trevor for his patience and celebrating all my small wins. Shout out to Barry for always being positive and attentive. Shout out to Nicole for always making me smile while challenging me. Love ending my day with Primal strength.
Primal Strength Club is an outstanding place to train! The workouts are challenging yet fun, the trainers are highly knowledgeable and motivating, and the owner’s passion for fitness really shows in the welcoming atmosphere. Every session leaves me feeling stronger and more energized — couldn’t recommend it more!
I recently joined Primal Strength club and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. The workouts are intense but incredibly effective. I saw real improvements week after week and my strength level have increased significantly. The coaches are very supportive and motivating as well. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a transformation rather than a usual workout.
