Absolutely amazing store. Dalina, Heather, and Carl were all beyond helpful and kind. Carl helped me find the perfect boot while Dalina helped my 5 year old daughter find her perfect fit. I went back home and couldnt stop thinking about a certain pair of boots and when I called back, Dalina was more than willing to help me track down the boot I had in mind. Absolutely outstanding experience at The Boot Store in Pensacola! I walked in needing a solid pair of boots to judge a livestock show, and I left not only with the perfect pair but also feeling like I’d just spent time with old friends.
