Great facility in old downtown Zachary. My first workout was jam up fun! Not too taxing but thorough. The coaches and their instruction was attentive and helpful. I will be joining!
Was there with wife and kids. BY FAR THE NICEST PEOPLE AND EXPERIENCE OF ANY GYM I EVER HAD. Friendly and knowledgeable. If I lived in area definitely join. Now wishing one like that in our area! Jealous!!
What a welcoming place!!! I am from Nebraska visiting family, they helped me, encouraged me and let my children cheer me on for the workout! A great place to workout and great coaches! So grateful I found them while traveling. Would definitely recommend!
Listen: this place is something special, far above and beyond your typical CrossFit gym. The community is REAL. The trainers are both SKILLED and AWARE. And their focus goes wider than just the workouts - they want everyone to be healthy on all levels and will adjust workouts/Rx in favor of form & function.
