Good experience on first visit, but when tried to return poor fitting boots manager (owner?) refused to allow exchange to a different pair, even though shoes had been worn only twice in the week since purchased and only while in a saddle. Like new condition. She said could send to mfr to see if defective, take weeks and no return if no defect. Have always been able to return undamaged merchandise, incl shoes, to stores like Macy's, Nordstrom, Walmart, etc. Understand challenges of small local businesses, but this is just not... read more
Every time I step in to the store, I'm greeted by name! There is a lot of inventory and if you can't find the style or color you need, they'll get it for you! I'm happy to shop local and support my community!

I've been coming here for years !! Never had a complaint. Staff has always been helpful, respectful & knowledgeable. My consignment tack has always been treated as their own. They stay modern as to what's popular in the industry and try hard to stock what's sought after. If they don't have it they'll get it !!
