If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Nicole worked with my mom to buy and sell a home. She is extremely patient and professional. My mom was anxious about the process but Nicole made her feel very comfortable every step of the way. Nicole is very knowledgeable and knew when it made sense to negotiate. She really cares about her clients and goes above and beyond just the sale. We are very happy with the outcome! Thank you Nicole.
Nicole Was exceptionally excellent to work with. She was very on top of all the paperwork that needed to be done and had it all ready to be filed with the township in a very short amount of time. Falls Township was not very helpful during this process at all. I will highly recommend Nicole and Keller Williams for any real estate needs to everyone I know. I cannot thank her enough.
What can I say about the Bonnie Frain Group? Nothing but awesome things!!! I always felt like I received such great and personal attention. Bonnie took care of my housing needs at a time when I was indecisive about leaving my current home, which I loved but knew was a little too much for me - too many stairs, basement and 2 story level.
