I've been going to The Bones for nearly two years now and it's been a fantastic experience. I've seen consistent improvement in my fitness, and a big part of that is thanks to the supportive, friendly environment and the amazing trainers! The atmosphere makes it easy to stick with a routine and it’s genuinely enjoyable to show up and put in the work. Highly recommend! 😊

I’ve been training with the bones for almost a year and it’s been amazing! Small group sizes mean you get lots of support on technique. Adam, Emma and all the other trainers are great and classes are the perfect mix of challenging and fun!
Progressive overload focused group training with dedicated app and trainers and heaps of support along the way with correcting form and helpful tips. Plus infrared sauna 🧖 Just perfect 👌🏽
