I spoke with a representative named Zach, who told me they needed a loss report to approve me. I tried to forward him the email chain with my previous surety bond company showing that I voluntarily canceled my BMC-85 bond due to lack of business and pausing my company. Zach said he wasn't receiving the email. When I called back to speak with Zach, another rep said he could help. I wanted to give a shout out to Gabrielle Bayard who, I believe, works out of the NC office. She was so very professional and patient in explaining the "whys" related to the corresponding dates of a Bond release. I am not always the easiest person to deal with and she was helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. 5 Stars for Gabrielle and Bond Exchange!

After getting a few terrible quotes from other companies Allison Ybarra at Bond Exchange in Sacramento Ca. got me amazingly affordable pricing very quickly. She even had to re-do the bond a couple times due to some info quirks on the ROC end.
Simply a horrible experience don’t bother calling them they are not interes In your call if you don’t believe me call you probably will get Jack or Jillian on the call phone they sound like they hate their job their boss should manage their calls before he looses more business I’m taking my 3 companies elsewhere
