Great service but the $20.00 minimum charge is ridiculous!!!!!

Amazing service had everything I needed only one downside minimum $20 charge? All I needed was about nine to $10 for the bolts, but they would not sell them to me unless I spent more money on things. I did not need not very good customer service won’t be back.
