Awesome shop only place i will go
I was disappointed to learn that Bolt Supply House now has a minimum purchase policy of $20. I only needed about $9 worth of bolts, and after the staff had already helped me find and count everything, I was told at the till that they couldn't complete the sale because I didn't meet the minimum. I understand not wanting to process one-bolt transactions, but a $9 purchase seems reasonable, especially after an employee has already spent time helping a customer.
