Highly recommend training with Ana! As someone who does not typically do Pilates, Ana was very patient with teaching me the basics and she also created an environment that made me feel comfortable with something that I am not use to. Ana is an amazing and creative teacher, and I love doing Pilates with her. I am so happy with my progress under her instruction. I would highly recommend her to people of all ages and levels - she is able to offer modifications to accommodate individual ability and/or challenges. I can’t say enough about Ana and the impact her Pilates instruction has had on my life.
