I have used The Boilersmith on multiple occasions, e.g. boiler service, radiator installation, but more recently replacement of single pipe heating system to dual pipe (July 2025). Pete and Darren were great, provided a timeline ahead of the job so I could plan and prepare, it was a 5 day job and they tidied up at the end of each day, provided an update and made sure rooms were left as they were found. Would happily recommend and will definitely use again.
Pete has been servicing our boiler annually since he installed it, not that there have ever been any problems with it. His service is great, very slick processes for booking etc, and his work is top notch. Clean, tidy, efficient, knowledgeable. Faultless really!
Simply the best. No hesitation 101% recommended. I had put off replacing my old 1960s floor standing boiler for 20 years fearful of the disruption, cost and workmen. Peter has changed all that. Truly professional from survey to completion. Even the bill was not exorbitant. Suggestions all along the way. Flexible and kept letting me know what was happening with the work. Another example of excellent and professional service from Peter at The Boilersmith. He carried out the annual service on time, expertly and without any fuss whilst clearly making sure everything was in tip top condition. Thank you. He also offered advice during the year on another simply solved problem, having visited to fix a sticking valve and did so the day after being asked too. Very customer focused.
Friendly team, work carried as explained and in the given timescales. Took very good care of interior. Call back given to follow up. Satisfied customer.
