So glad we found Tom. He is so so lovely, responds to messages promptly & his prices are very reasonable. He's also very knowledgeable & informative - our sytem is a little bit more complicated than most, as we use a Hive thermostat & radiator valves & have an electric water heater (called an Eddi powered by solar panels), and he clearly understood how it all works together. Very helpful and the service provided was amazing.
Great communication in the lead up to, during and after the job. Fantastic service from a very friendly specialist who was clearly passionate about their line of work and happy to explain and show all they were doing. Very respectful too making sure not to damage or dirty anything in the process. Will definitely be using again.

I was very impressed with Tom's methodical diagnostic skills when tracking down our low water pressure and other heating issues. His work ethic is second to none and worked all day ensuring he had addressed all the other minor (and sometimes awkward) problems we found. Friendly too - highly recommended!
