We did not buy the bike from the shop, but we go to joyride often. The new bike we bought for our son had some weird issue, I took the bike to Brendan for a check up. The guy is a legend! Not only he fixed the difficult issue but also charge a minimum for the work. Brendan has a true passion for biking and is extremely knowledgeable!
I have been waiting since 2:13 pm and the sign says “be right back” to get my son’s bike serviced. 40 minutes and no one has come. There is a huge line up of people now for service and two “tourists who want to shop” as they said. I would fire whoever is there today because it’s obvious he or she is using a sign as a way of getting out of work. Labour laws call for 30 minutes for 5 hours of work. This is highly unethical behaviour by this employee. And frankly, incredibly annoying and a waste of time.

Disappointing I could not find this 'bike shop' no entrance or signage.
