Disappointing I could not find this 'bike shop' no entrance or signage.
I went there twice, Very good service/repair , quick and efficient, reasonable price , good customer service, very highly recommended!! One time I went to pick up my son’s bike, when I arrived early and I found out this is outside of working hours, it happens that a gentleman was there already, he checked if the repair is done or not, the bike was ready so he brought it up for me!!! Excellent customer service!
This is a very good bike shop with good service and good prices. The amount of times I have been here, I have found everything that I needed. I would highly recommend to come to the Boiler Room.
Best experience I..... Have.....ever ........had! Matt is so patient and kind. I bought a used bike and COULD NOT get the spindle and left crank off. Matt got the whole thing off no problem, cleaned it up for me replaced the parts and gave me advice on how to maintain it. He also helped me install my grips and brake cable. It was such a safe space, and for someone like me who knows nothing about the mechanics of a BMX I was not made to feel uncomfortable or talked at or down to because of my lack of knowledge. ln Fact, I lea... read more
