The Bodywork Studio provides excellent therapeutic massage in a calm, professional setting. The therapist is highly skilled, takes time to understand problem areas, and delivers focused, effective bodywork that truly helps with pain and tension. If you’re looking for real therapeutic results—not just relaxation—I highly recommend this studio.
Stephanie is the best masseuse that I have ever had. After each deep muscle massage I can say I feel 100% better. Before each session she always asks me if there are any areas that are bothering me. When there are, she then adjusts her massage to focus on that/those specific area(s). What is nice is that she also has suggested several different stretching exercises to help alleviate the stiffness in those areas. She definitely gets a five star rating from me!
If I could give more stars, I would. I cannot recommend Stephanie highly enough! I came in with chronic and complex neck issues that I’ve been struggling with for years, and Stephanie offers relief to my myriad of symptoms.
