The staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I've only had a couple of sessions and have lost 2lbs and 21 inches overall. I recommended this place to anyone that's been in a rut or is having a hard time losing weight.
I enjoy very well and very friendly staff they treat you like caring people and they will help you change for you just go there and see yourself matter is your health comes first.
