I came to see Nakita for a very painful trigger point knot that had already been treated with multiple steroid injections. She worked patiently and diligently to release as much of the tension as possible, and it was clear she really knows what she’s doing. If you’re dealing with myofascial pain, chronic muscle tension, or stubborn trigger points, I highly recommend seeing Nakita. She’s knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely committed to helping you feel better.

Nikita is truly phenomenal. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. Her technique is exceptional — she intuitively knew exactly where my tension was and worked through it with skill and patience. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely renewed.

The massage therapist definitely made me feel better from the pain I was having. I just was not satisfied with the carpet not being clean and she talked the whole session . So I wasn’t able to totally relax during the session. If she makes improvements deep cleaning the carpet/area rug and not talk the whole session I would have given her a 5.

TEEN MASSAGE - My 13 year old son had been begging to receive a massage. I was very concerned with no one willing to massage or stretch a minor. So for his birthday I found therapist Nikita (The Body Tek) who has excellent interpersonal skills and can create a rapport with a client that helps put them at ease during treatment. Nikita was attentive to my son needs, provided the right pressure, effectively worked on his problem areas, and left him feeling so relaxed to where he kept falling asleep afterwards.
