Extremely disappointing and costly experience. I paid around $2,600 upfront for repairs that were supposed to include a new rear bumper and fixing damaged lights after a small crash. They made me pay before the job was done, and when I got the car back, the bumper had just been reattached not replaced and one of the lights was still broken. My car failed its WOF because of the poor repair quality and existing rust they ignored. I later had to spend another $700 trying to get things sorted elsewhere. I had my car, a nissan note repaired and was completely satisfied with their work and the speed with which it was completed. Bernie was welcoming and professional and l was confident and assured that my car was left in capable hands. Highly recommend this repairer.
