Love this gym- I never want to miss a day!I felt welcomed from day one. Group fitness and personal training are top notch. Angie works with you where you are but is always pushing you to the next level. A great place with a great setup and THE BEST people. Highly recommend.
Angie is an amazing personal trainer. Yes, she trains men as well and is great at it. If you are limited in motion due to surgeries, disfunction, etc, she is the one you want working with you. She will push you past the point where you think you can't without taking your body past its actual limit. Trust me, you won't regret your decision to come to either single or group classes and you will see results!
I absolutely love the positive energy & the sense of sisterhood. These women truly encourage & support one another. I recently read a post shared & it truly reflects the attitude presented at the Body Shop. ~You can’t compete with me. I want you to win too!
