Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. One staff member with blonde hair appeared uninterested, made judgemental facial expressions, and came across as grumpy. A friendlier attitude and basic courtesy, such as smiling, would make a big difference. Customer service really impacts whether people feel welcome to return.

I just made an in-store purchase using Apple Pay and then ended up on a Body Shop mailing list without signing up or making any online purchase. I searched my email to double-check that I hadn’t bought anything online (I hadn’t). This is very concerning. Please explain how you obtained my email address and when I opted in to receive emails from The Body Shop.

Came here looking for a shampoo but it’s went out of stock So the staff offered to have a sample of shampoos for me to try before purchasing it and telling me QVB might have the stock that I am after ! Very helpful and lovely services

The employee on Thursday morning was very rude. There seemed to be no respect for the customer and I when I wished her a good day, she didn’t have the courtesy to wish back. It’s disheartening to see such customer service.

I went today, and an employee named Olivia was very nice! She helped me sign up, explained all the benefits, and helped me pick a product that best fit my conditions.
