Julia is an amazing trainer, coach, motivator, skilled in fitness and nutrition and engaged in your individual needs. She gives you the tools to keep going and top notch with individual modifications and check-ins. The Body Shop is an amazing place to change old habits and build new ones to make you fitness goals reality!!! Julia also has an awesome on-line program if you can't make it into the Shop. â¨ď¸Â
