Julia at The Body Shop has helped me in more ways than just fitness. Her support has been transformative and goes beyond some wrap around services I've encountered here in Taos. She also embodies women empowerment but is capable and inclusive of providing exceptional service to males as well. She IS the full package! Highly recommend.
I highly recommend The Body Shop!! It's a Great place to get to your fitness goals!!! Julia is an amazing trainer, coach, motivator, skilled in fitness and nutrition and engaged in your individual needs. She gives you the tools to keep going and top notch with individual modifications and check-ins. The Body Shop is an amazing place to change old habits and build new ones to make you fitness goals reality!!! Julia also has an awesome on-line program if you can't make it into the Shop. ✨️
