Bought the hemp moisturiser gift pack today. The customer service lady JO, was so rude and snatched the product off the table and proceeded to tell me I couldn’t buy it because it was in a gift pack when in fact I was buying that gift pack. Jo was so abrupt and rude, I would never ever want to deal with her again!! The other lady was lovely! Wish I had dealt with her instead.
Had the absolute best and most friendly customer service from Emily. She’s an incredible representative of her store and has made this location one I intend to frequent. Thank you.
I walked in and I obviously didn't know exactly what I was looking for, I was wandering around for probably a minute or two with myself being the only customer and not one employee came and asked if I needed any assistance. I'll never shop there again.
