Called and texted letting him know to cancel my membership since I moved, but close to a year went by and I didn't notice I was still being charged. Called him back when I finally noticed to get a refund multiple times, but he claimed to "have a new system he was still figuring out" even months later. I still don't have a refund, so I just cut my losses because dealing with him is a joke. He sure knows how to take money, but doesn't know how to give it back when he made a mistake.
