From the very start, their team was responsive and got me in quickly. 5 min in the shop just dealing with front desk. Lack of Customer Service skills and dsnt know anything. Didnt like the vibe.
A+ These guys are awesome, straight forward, and fast. Their collision repair and paint is second to none and they all but detailed our car for us. I would hope to never need another repair, but if I do I will be coming back here.
I would honestly bring my car anywhere else but here ever again. First argument i had with then was that my car had been in the alignment shop for 3 days straight. Then they waited til last minute before they close to call me and tell me it was ready. Finally i go pick up the car and tell me that it would be $1,000. I politely explained to them that the insurance said it would be $250 deductible. They then told me that it didnt matter becaude the $1,000 is what they charge.
