Returning customer, sales staff had trouble with computer to process sale. While I understand things can go wrong but, I offered to leave my email address or mobile number for a receipt once worked out. In the end i got cash out and was offering solutions, so I could go on.my way. What disappoints me the most, is, there was no, I'm sorry, thanks for trying to help. Nothing. It was more aggressive reaction, than a thankyou. Disappointing.
I arrived 5 minutes before closing knowing what I needed and the staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Very efficient but I never felt I was being rushed out the door, and was out before closing. Thank you!
The girls in store Haley and Rachel best costumer service I have had in ages , helped above and beyond all my expectations. .note for ladies the face peel is amazing , bought a gift and other products ,girls happy for my daughter 10 to try everything 🤣 thanks again see you soon.
I have worn White Musk oil, cream and spray fragrance for over 40 years. In 2024 I bought the "Vegan" White Musk oil and spray. To my dismay the products are not the original scent. I am now looking for a new perfume and am very disappointed with the "Vegan" products.
