Thank you July, I honestly thought customer service like this didn’t exist anymore. I recently purchased a batch of shower gel during the online sales and accidentally chose the wrong scent. To make things trickier, the correct one was out of stock in the warehouse. When I reached out to the online team, they were unable to respond before the items had been dispatched so I called the Canberra Centre shop and spoke with July, and this was possible the best customer service experience I've had in my life. We entered on 31/1/26 at around 0930 and was greeted by I think Shagra? I put the time and date to ensure my compliments are received for the right store employee. She was absolutely amazing! I spent $135 as a result of her passion and knowledge. The store was well presented and it was actually fun to shop and learn about the products and what they do. I’ve never spent this much in a body shop store before.
