Came in this morning to stock up on some body butter for an upcoming overseas trip. store was clean and presented well but the staff member on didn’t seem very welcoming, everyone has off days but made the experience quite uncomfortable.
Staff were super helpful, and gave me the perfect customer service experience. Helped me find the right products for my particular needs, and were knowledgeable about their products too!
My best friend has referred me to this place as she has brought products and say it's amazing. I cannot wait to have a shop at this place !
9:15am on Saturday morning. Not open. Lights aren't on and there's no note or indication of why it's not open. Centre management says it's meant to be open. Came specifically to purchase today. Usually an awesome place to shop and I love the range. Won't stop me shopping in the future but very disappointed today as I wasted my time for the trip.
