I believe the man that helped us out was Mark. Mark is a lifesaver! We are a company based in Memphis, TN and had a multi drop run going through Arkansas. We had a rear issue preventing us to fully let out the lift gate and did not know it until our driver reached our first stop. Long story short, we came upon this shop and we were in - and - out not even a full 10mins probably. Thank you again team for your great customer service. We’ll be back again if we ever need assistance in the Jonesboro area.
