Only negative since Google has them here. These Guys have moved up to the Auto Mall at Kings
Take your business elsewhere. I recently spent many thousands on repairs with them and I had to take the vehicle back several times for things that weren't right. Now i need a minor repair that costs "only" $800 and I can't get them to call me back to schedule the work.
Calvin and the team at Blue Ash helped me get back in my car quickly, after the accident. I was so glad to have the extra help with my insurance.
I am completely confused regarding all the negative reviews. I've been using The Body Shop for years, and always had a positive experience. The manager knows me by name, and quickly takes care of any issues I have.I won't go anywhere else.
I highly recommend this place. I have been bringing my cars here for as long as I can remember. They handle everything from beginning to end without me having to be there besides to pick up the keys. My car has always came back in tip top condition. My favorite part is the inside of the car is always cleaner than when it was dropped off.
