Visited this store today and extremely satisfied with the service of Gabby⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Thanks for helping me to find out what I wanted.
I had a great experince. Staff helped me to find right product for my dark circles. Also there was an employee named Neelaja she recommended me some amazing showers gels and scrubs and i love them 😍😍😍😍
Excellent service from Josh at body shop Carlingwood
Most of my experiences at this location have been good, the staff are always friendly. However, I was disappointed yesterday when I went in to buy a gift box. It had a sticker on it that clearly said $22 but two of the employees told me this was a mistake and the sticker was leftover from something else and the gift box was $32. I understand this but think it’s good customer service to honour the price of the sticker. Peeling the sticker off and charging the new price doesn’t leave a great impression.
