I am deeply disappointed with my experience in the store today. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and lacked respect. It felt dismissive and rude, which is not what I expect from a reputable establishment like this. If the management values customer satisfaction, I strongly recommend reviewing the staff’s conduct and considering changes where necessary. Such attitudes are detrimental to the store’s reputation and could lead to a decline in business if left unaddressed.

Not currently accepting gift cards because they’re “restructuring the company”? Excuse me? Edit, 6 months later, still not accepting gift cards. They’ll gladly take your cash though!

i had an under eye dry skin on my left eye and no matter the moisturiser i apply it always stayed dried. Thanks to the body shops vitamin E cream cleanser, toner and moisturiser, it feels new and fresh and my dryness is gone. Cheers!

I had a disappointing experience at The Body Shop today. Three staff members were huddled together, discussing their PR applications and their lives in India. Not a single one of them greeted customers or offered any assistance. I walked around the store for quite some time, hoping someone would notice, but it felt like I was invisible. The customer service was completely lacking, and it left a bad impression of the store.
