Came on Jan 28th at 630pm and the new manager is literally the nicest girl ever. I will definitely come back just to shop from her cuz she was awesome

The cashiers were helpful in setting up my members cards for points, love their membership and happy to see body shop still around.

There were 5 girls in the store when I went there and all were gossiping together instead of helping. Just one girl came forward to help but I guess she was new, she didn't know much. And they were showing a different offer but saying the offer is not available anymore. They were confused among themselves as well. 2 star is just for the girl who came forward otherwise worst customer service and professionalism!

I am deeply disappointed with my experience in the store today. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and lacked respect. It felt dismissive and rude, which is not what I expect from a reputable establishment like this. If the management values customer satisfaction, I strongly recommend reviewing the staff’s conduct and considering changes where necessary. Such attitudes are detrimental to the store’s reputation and could lead to a decline in business if left unaddressed.
