I have been to this store many times. Have never came across any employee in this store before who would assist and explain more. I recently visited and met Navdeep there. I think she is kind of a manager there. I must say finally a good employee who knows what customer service means. Company needs to hire more such people.
I really like their Ginger Shampoo, it's a nice and fresh soothing shampoo and keeps my scalp clean. They now have like an anti dandruff but I think the Scalp care is good enough since ginger is already strong. They also have a nice sale going on it where the second one is 50% which was nice. Friendly staff and cashier was sweet as well and helped take cash.

When we entered, there were two employees, a man and a woman. The two Indian employees ignored us and talked to us as if we were air, and the man seemed to be touching his feet. This behavior is very scary in a body care store.
