It is really disappointing to visit The body shop today..! I am a loyal customer from may be 20 years now, always loved the product and still loving it but the service I got from the store in cross iron mall is very disappointing and annoying. I met Hope today at The Body Shop, and I just had to share how lovely she was! Even though it’s only her third week, she’s already doing such an amazing job connecting with people and making customers feel special. I had asked for some shredded paper grass, and instead of brushing it off, she went out of her way to actually shred paper herself just to help me out — such a thoughtful and genuine gesture! I have been to this store many times. Have never came across any employee in this store before who would assist and explain more. I recently visited and met Navdeep there. I think she is kind of a manager there. I must say finally a good employee who knows what customer service means. Company needs to hire more such people.
I really like their Ginger Shampoo, it's a nice and fresh soothing shampoo and keeps my scalp clean. They now have like an anti dandruff but I think the Scalp care is good enough since ginger is already strong. They also have a nice sale going on it where the second one is 50% which was nice. Friendly staff and cashier was sweet as well and helped take cash.
I love this store..the scents are divine all products are natural ,it’s important
