This location has gone downhill fast , staff dress like they walked in off the street , and have no customer service experience , even if your with another customer , when your right beside other customer say hi or smile , you lost a sale because you didn’t . Body shop prices aren’t cheap , at least have good customer experience . Went in and quickly left recently as three staff members chatted and giggled and ignored me . Three people with no clients , smart .

I found no customer service, no satisfaction at customers’ expectations, no professional in this store since around a year. Last time, one of staff was just ready to fight a customer, didn’t listen to the customer at all. She was stubborn and she won the fight with the customer. I wouldn’t visit this store again.

Jin was a great help. She even pointed out that the system charged me higher than the sign price and refunded me while I was there. It saved me having to go back after I reviewed the receipt at home.
