So sorry for ruining the chat of two “nice” ladies at the store front.
Shocked me when a female employee in burgundy top sticks her arm so close in front of my face suddenly while I am checking a product in front of the wall rack. She could have got the product from the other side of the rack or just excuse herself before her rude behaviour. This employee doesn’t know even the common sense behaviour let alone good service to a customer.
Terrible customer service and zero responsibility! We had store credit from a purchase we made last year. When we went to redeem our credit and buy some Body Shop products last week, they informed us that their system had changed and we could no longer use our credit. Very disappointing and frustrating!
