Excellent Customer Service
Was recommended a “most popular” face mask which damaged my skin causing fine lines that haven't gone away over a few days. Was told they cant do returns because they are legally filing for bankruptcy protections.(the return for me is less about the money and more about the principle) This store is a scam-shop Im not surprised they are going bankrupt. DONT buy from them. The “manager” wasn't helpful whatsoever on the phone offered no apologies said the owners are overseas and that I could not speak with them whatsoever.
Sad to give it one star. I drove out of the way and it was quite a ways away too. It was a waste of gas/money and time. It was the last day in my birthday month and I should have gotten $10 for free. I was completely disgusted when she told me that they stopped that in the rewards thing back in March of this year. I will not be going there anymore. Very bad service. I will go to the store that actually opened up in my city too, who gives out birthday gifts. This was Very Very Disappointing.
