Horrible customer service! The main staffer was extremely rude to customers. I saw her being extremely disrespectful to an elderly lady. I can see why they are going bankrupt. Will never shop here again
Last week, I visited The Body Shop to purchase a face wash and asked an employee named Dehi for assistance. Her attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming, as she seemed judgmental, disinterested, and lacked product knowledge. Feeling unwelcome, I left the store without making a purchase. This disappointing experience highlights the need for The Body Shop to hire more professional and approachable staff.
I recently went into a store to purchase a day and night cream for my face. I paid in full and quickly left the store because I was running late. However, after leaving, I realized that the bag contained two identical creams—not the day and night creams I had requested. Frustrated, I decided to return to the store to exchange the product. Went into the store today and honestly, the staff has no idea what they’re doing. They have no idea what’s on sale and what’s not. Body shop Canada should be doing a much better job at either hiring more competent staff or at least training their staff better so that they know what they’re giving to the customers. So disappointing.
