I had an amazing experience at the body shop! Pary was super insightful and knowledgeable about the products. She listened to my concerns and helped me pick out products that were best suited for me. I would definitely come back and have her help me again. Amazing!
When my mom and I went to The Body Shop, my mom needed to exchange a bottle because the pump was too hard to press. When she mentioned the issue, the staff said that all the pumps are the same. Horrible customer service! The main staffer was extremely rude to customers. I saw her being extremely disrespectful to an elderly lady. I can see why they are going bankrupt. Will never shop here again

Her attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming, as she seemed judgmental, disinterested, and lacked product knowledge. Feeling unwelcome, I left the store without making a purchase. This disappointing experience highlights the need for The Body Shop to hire more professional and approachable staff.
I recently went into a store to purchase a day and night cream for my face. I paid in full and quickly left the store because I was running late. However, after leaving, I realized that the bag contained two identical creams—not the day and night creams I had requested. Frustrated, I decided to return to the store to exchange the product.
