I had an amazing experience at the body shop! Pary was super insightful and knowledgeable about the products. She listened to my concerns and helped me pick out products that were best suited for me. I would definitely come back and have her help me again. Amazing!
When my mom and I went to The Body Shop, my mom needed to exchange a bottle because the pump was too hard to press. When she mentioned the issue, the staff said that all the pumps are the same. But my mom insisted that the one she had before was different. At that point, Cassandra, the staff member, got into an argument and refused to exchange it. Horrible customer service! The main staffer was extremely rude to customers. I saw her being extremely disrespectful to an elderly lady. I can see why they are going bankrupt. Will never shop here again
